Any other ways to level up level4 crafting skill ???

HI all,

Is there someone know the other ways to level up level 4 crafting skill ?

I had cost arround 3Mil to get 2stars equipment but until now just got 1(one) 2star equipment, but all i need are 9pcs 2star equipment..
I had searched at auction but its don't hv 2stars equipment at all.

If continue like that i am going to be bankrupt, but i am already Bankrupt.... XD
If someone know the ways, please let me know
